Meet Tom & Gayle

Educated and experienced, Tom and Gayle Jemison are like many of their clients: physically active, dedicated to continuing education, and committed to making a difference through their work and through client service.


Tom Jemison graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. He later became a Naval Aviator and flight instructor, and then a civilian pilot with Lockheed. Tom has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and a master’s degree in Aeronautical Systems. In addition, he has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional since 1995 and an Enrolled Agent, licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS, since 1989. His lifelong talent for analysis, research and attention to detail serves his clients well, and it has earned him a reputation as an informative, entertaining speaker on tax and financial planning topics.


Gayle Jemison worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 12 years, gaining invaluable insights into the "inner workings" of our tax administration system. Gayle left the IRS in 1986 to open her own financial practice for tax, trust, and estate planning.

A graduate of Northeastern Illinois University, Gayle has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional since 1997 and an Enrolled Agent since 1986.


Gayle and Tom each complete over 90 hours of formal continuing education each year to stay informed on the most current tax and financial planning topics for their clients.
